VoltFMP Achieves Key Milestone in Advancing Partnerships with Local Vertiv Offices Across the United States and Canada

**United States – September 16, 2025** – VoltFMP has achieved a significant milestone in its efforts to formalize relationships with Local Vertiv Offices (LVOs) throughout the United States and Canada. This progress follows a comprehensive technology review conducted by a distinguished board under the leadership of Bob D'Agnillo, Managing Director of Mission Critical Infrastructure Solutions.

The review board, comprising five prominent principals from among approximately 30 LVOs, assessed VoltFMP's capabilities and strategic alignment. Board members included:

- Will Griffin, Principal at Bud Griffin & Associates, Inc.;

- Jerrod Sieverding, Principal at DPT COMPANIES, INC.;

- Trip Moore, President at TechPlan Data Center Solutions;

- Eric Ollerman, President at Data Center Systems, Inc.; and

- David Zimmerman, President at Rollie Johnson, Inc. (RJI) & Electronic Support Systems (ESS).

While the board's positive review does not confer automatic status as an official LVO partner, it paves the way for VoltFMP to formalize agreements with each individual LVO office. This endorsement provides VoltFMP with the knowledge and confidence that most, if not all, of the other LVOs will represent VoltFMP to their customers, electrical contractors, and partners, thereby strengthening collaborative opportunities within the mission-critical infrastructure sector.
